Human, Truck & Road

FOTON introduced the first autonomous truck in 2016. It was the first of its kind in China. It uses IOV: the big data system and application of L3 autonomous driving. Through IOV the information is shared among the human, truck and road. This information sharing ensures road safety, comfort, energy saving and efficient driving. The autonomous truck production for public use is expected to start in 2025.
